Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn -- the explosive growth of social media and networking sites has everyone talking, from teenagers to business professionals. This course will teach you to use the best tools available to monitor the conversation for marketing insights and public perceptions of your company, brand, product category, and competitors. You will explore -- and be challenged to create -- cutting-edge opportunities to join the online conversation, influence the perceptions, and develop the potential of social media for word-of-mouth marketing, public relations, and customer relationship management. There is one Saturday class on February 8th from 9:00 - 3:15 with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM. No class on January 20th.
