Course Description

Every writer gets stuck at some point. The scene is flat, the characters won’t cooperate, or they lie inert on the page. Or ideas and reflections don’t sound convincing or don’t reflect what you want to say. Or you can’t figure out what you want to say or why you ever cared. Through discussion and exercises, you will become unstuck and write what you need to write. Up to a week before class begins, you welcome to submit a paragraph of work along with a few sentences about your problems with it to share with the class.
