Course Description

Statistical information is critical to medical arguments. Medical writers and editors need to understand, on the one hand, how to evaluate the relationship of statistics to the arguments, and on the other, how to appropriately and persuasively present data. In this course, students learn how to interpret and report the most common statistical tests and procedures used in biomedical and epidemiological research.
