The focus of this course is on how to develop more realistic project estimates and utilize more effective project performance management methods. It offers proven tools and techniques for estimation of project schedule, budget, and resources as well as risk reserves. It also presents a universally applicable method for measuring current project schedule and cost performance as well as forecasting future needs.
