Course Description
It is often necessary for organization to undertake large-scale, complex technology projects to remain competitive or to develop strategic advantage. These projects range from software implementations to highly-customized infrastructure platforms. They extremely important and require significant investment of resources under severe time constraints. The ability to deliver these types of projects on-time and on-budget is critical because of the impact they can have on the entire organization.
Mastery of large-scale technology projects requires technical and business competencies combined with strong leadership skills. In this course, we will examine key principles or best practices that have the potential to maximize a team’s probability for successfully delivering large-scale software project on-time, on-budget and on-target.
